Yoga
As humans, we experience life through our physical body. My aim as a Yoga teacher is to offer space and opportunity to strengthen a loving-kind connection with your body and sense of self in this world.

YOGA THERAPY
The idea is simple. As long as you have a body, you are able to practice Yoga – regardless of the shape or history that your physical body carries. Yoga therapy offers a highly individual approach in building a sustainable practice that supports your unique needs best.
YOGA FOR CANCER SURVIVORS
Particularly during times when our health needs extra support, Yoga can be a powerful practice. Drawing from specialized trainings and my own experience as a cancer survivor, I can relate to the need for nurturing and emotional support, but also understand how important it can be to reclaim one's sense of embodiment and sovereignty, to strengthen the body-mind relationship and process of self-healing. And if there is one thing I learned from my own experience with cancer, it is that healing can have many meanings. Yoga for cancer survivors is a space for you to find out what healing means for you.
RESTORATIVE YOGA
A Restorative Yoga class is built around several reclining and prone poses that heavily rely on the intentional use of props (such as pillows, belts and blocks) to completely support your body. Restorative Yoga is a particularly slow-paced and nourishing practice when dealing with injuries, stress or a restless mind, as it offers plenty of precious time to rest and recover.
YOGA NIDRA
We are constantly exposed to streams of information. Choosing stillness in Meditation offers a path towards clarity and inner balance. Yoga Nidra translates to “Yogic sleep” and systematically guides you through a process of relaxation of body and mind. It is traditionally practiced laying down, and may therefore be more easily accessible for anyone who finds a seated meditation practice challenging. A seemingly simple yet very effective practice to witness one’s own state of relaxation, leaving you feeling recharged and revitalized.
SOUND BATHS
Our bodies intuitively respond to sound vibrations. According to Ayurveda, our sense of hearing is said to be the most subtle of the senses and corresponds to the all-containing principle of Akasha (Ether / Space). Immersing yourself into the subtle sounds of Sound Bowls offers a guided pathway for a busy mind to a sense of deep calm and provides tangible relaxation for your physical body.
Yoga not only happens on the mat. Yoga happens in our everyday life, in the choices we make, in how we express and interact, in the ways we treat others and ourselves. In our ability to stay present, grounded, and ready to face the world with clarity and kindness.
