Saturday Sound Bath

Join me for a two hour immersive experience into the sounds of Himalayan Sound Bowls, Tingshas, Kochi Chimes and Mantras.

According to Ayurveda, the sister-science of Yoga, our sense of hearing is said to be the most subtle of the senses, and corresponds to the element Akasha (Ether / Space). Sound baths may create a soothing and nourishing space, supporting us in relaxing and healing the most subtle layers of our body. The gentle vibrations of Himalayan Sound Bowls offer the busy mind a guided pathway to a sense of deep relaxation and ease blockages in the physical body and beyond.

Please wear loose, non-restrictive clothing, and bring any other items that offer you comfort, such as a scarf or eye-pillows.
