Vinyasa Yoga is a dynamic style of Yoga that focuses on synchronizing the conscious breath with movement. This style is sometimes also called Flow Yoga, because of the way that the postures flow from one to another, almost like a dance.
Vinyasa Yoga is an invitation for practitioners that already have a solid foundation in their Asana practice, to explore playful but safe ways of transitioning between the postures, while maintaining a steady focus on the breath.
